Kickin' Kung Pow Chicken

Chinese food, when cooked right, can be a delicious and affordable meal. This kung pow chicken is great served fresh, and just as yummy when reheated.

What you'll need:
2 Chicken breasts
1 Zuccini
1/2 of an Onion
3/4 a cup of Peanuts
1/2 Yellow/ 1/2Orange bell pepper
3 TBS Peanut oil
1 TBS Sesame oil
Panda express kung pow sauce (Find at any grocery store, and use as much as your preference)
2 TSP Chili oil (If you like it really spicy!)

First, cut your chicken into chunks. Then take your oils and put a little of each into a pan on medium high heat
While you brown the chicken, go ahead and cut up your vegetables. The size you cut them into is totally preference. Once you have them chopped, and chicken is browned, place veggies/chicken/peanuts into the pan.
Stir fry on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, then add your kung pow sauce, and stir fry for another 5 minutes...
Your Kung Pow chicken is finished, pour over rice and ENJOY!

Practically perfect hard boiled eggs

I love hard boiled eggs, but they can be a little tricky to make. For this post I will show you my fool proof recipe that will leave you with beautiful, sunny hard boiled eggs EVERY TIME.

What you'll need:
Eggs
Baking soda
Water

The first step is to start boiling the water, with a tbsp of baking soda, this will help with peeling the eggs!
Once the water is boiling, put your eggs in, keeping the flame on for 8 minutes...

After 8 minutes, turn the heat off, and let stand for another 8 minutes.

Then drain eggs, and place in ice water for 8 minutes.
Viola! You're hard boiled eggs are complete.

Sunny, easy to peel and most importantly, DELICIOUS!
